2. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times may vary depending on the service and item type. We aim to meet all stated timeframes but cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., machinery failure, supply chain issues, or extreme weather).

3. Care & Liability

• All garments are cleaned according to the care label instructions. If a garment has no care label, we will clean it at your risk using our professional judgment.

• While we take every precaution to care for your garments, we are not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear or damage due to defective fabric, poor construction, colour loss, or ageing.

  • Items left in pockets or attached to garments (e.g., pens, jewelry, badges).

• In the rare event of loss or damage due to our error, compensation will be limited to a fair value assessment or up to 10x the cleaning cost, at our discretion.

4. Stain Removal

We strive to remove all stains, but we do not guarantee complete removal. Some stains may be permanent, and further treatment could damage the fabric.

5. Unclaimed Items

Unclaimed items will be held for 90 days. After this time, they may be donated to charity or disposed of at our discretion.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept all credit and debit cards, including AMEX. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or modify a pick-up or delivery, please contact us with at least 24 hours' notice.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking garments before drop-off (e.g., emptying pockets, identifying stains).

• Alerting us to any delicate or high-value items that require special attention.

This website and its content are owned by Eclo! Dry Cleaners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without permission.

10. Privacy
